The Role:

Governance: Ensure they meet their legal and regulatory responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
Finance & Bid Writing: Oversee financial management, support sustainable growth, and contribute to successful funding applications.
HR & Recruitment: Provide guidance on HR policies, recruitment processes, and volunteer management to ensure a motivated and supported team.
Growth & Sustainability: Help shape their long-term strategic direction, ensuring they continue to thrive and expand their impact.
Leadership: Bring strong leadership skills to help steer the organisation and empower their team to achieve their mission.
As a Trustee, you will play an active role in shaping their vision, providing strategic oversight, and ensuring their continued success in supporting the local community.
